Sandie sent me Runrig. If Im crying they make me smile and if Im happy I'll start to howl.
So I played Year of the Flood and I smiled.

They do have that effect. An amazing group of guys.
Sandie ain't so bad for a GB.
At Abigails wedding (for those that don't know, she is one of Stephanies cousins who got married two weeks ago on Benbecula - one of the Outer Hebridies, they played a Runrig tune on the fiddle during the service, and Eric was so taken with it he's now busy buying them on Ebay. It was a very Scottish wedding with most men in kilts and a ceilidh after - great fun.

Yes - just looked at the link to the song and thats exactly where we were two weeks ago. Uist is both north and south of Benbecula - connected with causeways - and the first church in the film (at about 1 minute in)looks suspiciously like the one where the wedding was!! Not certain so don't quote me.
