Just clicked a few more times for for Pat. But I have to say if he doesn't win I'd like to see Somaly Mam or Aaron Jackson win it. I've just watched all the videos and there really are some remarkable people in this contest. Pat should be proud of what he's achieved and I'm sure he appreciates what everyone in the finals has done. I hope he enjoys the evening on 6 December when they are all honoured. Doubt if I'll get to see the program but it would be nice to see a video clip afterwards.
I can't believe that in 11 months of blogging, there's not one single picture of you and Scott on the site. I was totally willing to just cyber-sneak up and snatch one!! I may have to photoshop Scott's head over David's in your wedding picture....creepy, but effective.
LOOOOOVE the kitten picture, that rocks!!

ps..if coffee can't get you out of the house to meet me, what if I offer to drive to Orlando to the IKEA store??
Scott was diagnosed with T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-cell A.L.L.) on 01/25/07. T-cell is an aggressive leukemia and Scott is considered a 'high risk' case. His white blood count at diagnosis was 89,000, he had a mediastinal mass and had also developed sudden and severe petechiae due to lack of platelets. There was no CNS involvement.
His chemotherapy treatment began on 1/26/07 and is a 108-week-long protocol of high dose chemotherapy, steroids and cranial radiation.
Scott is treated by Doctor Tebbi at St Joseph's Childrens Hospital in Tampa.
