Skittles - What an amazing swimmer you are! I am so impressed. I don't think I could swim like that if I tried! Is that your very own swimming pool? It is beautiful!!! What a neat video clip. I sure enjoyed watching. :) Carlos is in swim class right now learning to blow bubbles and float in the water and this summer we hope to teach Glory how to swim, she's a bit timid. I should have them watch you do it - you're a pro!!! Sending Smiles, Angel Laura
well done Scotty - you swim better than I do - but as Winnnie the Pooh said you do have to excercise - and how brilliant to have a swimming pool in your own back yard. Keep it up.
Grandnana sends lots of love and wishes she could be brave enough to put her face under the water like that. You'll have to teach her how when you come here to visit us - remembr she is 88 so don't wait too long or expect too much.
Scott I sure wish I had been there setting in one of those chairs watching you. You know how much I love to set by the pool. So good to see you out there I know how you love it . Love to all of you Grandmama & Papa
Scott was diagnosed with T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-cell A.L.L.) on 01/25/07. T-cell is an aggressive leukemia and Scott is considered a 'high risk' case. His white blood count at diagnosis was 89,000, he had a mediastinal mass and had also developed sudden and severe petechiae due to lack of platelets. There was no CNS involvement.
His chemotherapy treatment began on 1/26/07 and is a 108-week-long protocol of high dose chemotherapy, steroids and cranial radiation.
Scott is treated by Doctor Tebbi at St Joseph's Childrens Hospital in Tampa.
